Outreach ensures that children with disabilities and mobility needs receive appropriate wheelchairs and postural support devices under the Mobility devise service program in accordance with WHO protocols on assessment and fitting.
The team conducted 149 special school screening assessments. Referred 17 cases to nearest hospitals,conducted 11 wheelchair assessments,12 home visits, fitted 4 children with wheelchairs and conducted Professional Development sessions for 38 special school teachers
