Evaluation and training continues to be an important segment of our organization’s development. From the 3rd to the 12th of May, the Audiology unit has been participating in multiple intense training sessions with Dr. Donna Carkeet, consultant from Ears Inc. Australia. This will continue to be an ongoing process that not only provides practical training to the staff but offers our management team an opportunity to evaluate progress, adopt strategies to overcome weaknesses and to draft an approach towards future expansions which will be fully sustainable. This is Dr. Carkeet’s sixth visit to Fiji since April 2015.
