"Me, FHO and Us" was the title of the programme facilitated by CEO Sureni Perera to take the FHO team through a series of reflective and experiential learning activities that helped us discuss individuality, diversity, values, conflict, communication and team work.

The 4 day workshop also brought together a team of 30 co-workers comprising of heads of departments, therapists, admin, finance, and support staff to look at corporate governance, policy, review strategic plans for the next 5 years and draft a corporate plan for 2020.

We all understood the importance for the group to take time out of their hectic schedules and to participate as we can learn from each other's experiences and knowledge, which will allow us to work towards the same values and goals .
